Shipping process and timeframes

  • Designs originate with Reverie and Roses and are then sent to a production partner, who prints and ships the products. 
  • Reverie and Roses works with a variety of production partners, depending on the type of product. 
  • Shipping times can vary according to the partner's location, average production time, shipping type selected, and demand (things may take longer during the holidays). 
  • Orders are typically in production for up to 2 days, then shipped via standard shipping. 
  • For U.S. customers, most orders arrive within 2 weeks. A shipping estimate is provided for each item during checkout. 
  • You'll receive notifications when your item is shipped and delivered. Your shipping notification will include a tracking number. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Since Reverie and Rose's products are powered by the Printify platform, the store's refund policy adheres to Printify's: 

  • Damaged and defective goods: A free reprint or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported to the support email indicated in your order confirmation email within 30 days of product delivery, along with the required photo proof.
  • Returns/exchanges: Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported. If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued.

In addition, if you aren't satisfied with the quality of your product, Reverie and Roses will review your complaint and possibly offer a refund. However, refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis.
