Focus

Hi! I'm Kelly, creator of Reverie & Roses. I launched this site and corresponding Etsy store in 2024 as a way to focus on products that inspire vibrancy, love, and imagination. Here, you'll find whimsical wall art, cozy blankets, vintage-inspired decor, and dreamy home accents. 

Process

Reverie & Roses began when I used Printify to transition a "Love One Another" design I'd created onto a decorative flag for my front yard. I immediatly became inspired to bring other designs to life on products like leggings, pillows, and bags. 

Here's the standard process: 

  1. I create a design and upload it to a POD (print on demand) partner's website. Currently, the POD partners I use are the Printify network, SpreadConnect, Print Melon, and Through6. 
  2. I create a listing for the product. 
  3. When someone purchases the product, I receive a percentage (usually 10%-45%) of the base sale price. I pay for production costs out of pocket, along with shipping if the order is at least $80. 
  4. The POD partner will print the product and ship it to the customer.

What to know about shipping

  • Shipping times can vary according to the partner's location, average production time, shipping type selected, and demand (things may take longer during the holidays).
  • Orders are typically in production for up to 2 days, then shipped via standard shipping. 
  • For U.S. customers, most orders arrive within 2 weeks. A shipping estimate is provided for each item during checkout. 
  • You'll receive notifications when your item is shipped and delivered. Your shipping notification will include a tracking number. 

What to know about returns

  • Damaged and defective goods: A free reprint or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported to the support email indicated in your order confirmation email within 30 days of product delivery, along with the required photo proof.
  • Returns/exchanges: Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported. If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued.

In addition, if you aren't satisfied with the quality of your product, I'll review your complaint and possibly offer a refund. However, refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis.
