Reverie & Roses products are made to order and fulfilled through Fourthwall and its production partners.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the items ordered, their size and weight, the shipping destination, and the fulfillment location. The shipping charge is displayed before you complete your purchase.
Available shipping methods and costs may vary by product and destination.
Production and delivery times
Made-to-order products typically require 2–5 business days for production before shipping.
After production, typical transit times are:

International destinations: 2–4 weeks.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Production and delivery may take longer during holidays, busy periods, customs processing, or carrier delays. Please review any product-specific delivery estimates before ordering.
Shipping destinations
Shipping is available to supported U.S. and international destinations. Availability varies by product and delivery address. Checkout will show whether shipping is available for your order.
Separate shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages, particularly when products are fulfilled by different production partners. Packages may arrive on different days.
Order tracking
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when your order ships. Tracking updates may pause while a package transfers between carriers.
International duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Where applicable, these charges may be collected at checkout. Any applicable charges that are not collected at checkout are the customer’s responsibility and may be payable before delivery.

For questions about shipping, delayed or missing packages, or items damaged in transit, contact support@fourthwall.com and include your order number. For damaged items, please also include photos of the item and packaging.
